Carefully pack your items in their original brass-branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in sellable condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
